I just purchased my 5th Toyota from Richard last week and I love this van and I’ve loved all of the gently used cars/vans I purchased from Richard. My previous purchase was a 2004 Toyota Sienna and it is still running fine and now has 275,000 miles on it (it still doesn’t burn a drop of oil). Another prior purchase was a Toyota Camry for my 16 year old daughter and it was a dependable safe choice. If you can’t afford to buy a brand new vehicle, this is your best choice for a quality dependable car. It’s a joy to buy a car without any stress or pressure from a trusted and knowledgeable professional.

As a retired car dealer from Upstate NY I needed a used car for our Florida home. I found an 09 Camry online at Richard’s Auto Brokers. I might add I know how to buy cars and what to look for. From beginning to end Richard was honest and a great guy to deal with. His cars are pristine and through the shop as advertised. And dealing with online car sales can be a nightmare. Richard is a straight shooter and I highly recommend him. Don’t be mislead by low online prices. His cars are clean, and mechanically sound.

My experience with you was perhaps the best experience I have had to date. Our transaction began on the phone and over a long distance. Pictures over the internet can be doctored and very misleading. Telephone discussions and explanations are usually “not quite” the truth and a little deceptive. However, your ease of conversation and genuine manner helped me give you a deposit and arrange a flight from Cleveland, OH,. to Tampa.
When we met at your office/ showroom I was very pleased. The car exceeded your description and the pictures. Your honesty and professionalism was further shown when you told me about the A/C and It didn’t work. You immediately offered to refund my deposit or you would have It fixed that day. It turned out to be a simple 10-minute fix that was performed within hours.
